Your tracking number and a direct tracking link are sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you can't find that email, we're happy to help — use the form below to request your tracking details again.
Resend My Tracking Information
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Our team will resend your tracking details as quickly as possible.
You can also email us directly at info@flexkyn.com with your order number and email address.
Already Have a Tracking Number?
If you received your shipping confirmation email, you can use the tracking link inside it to follow your parcel directly with the carrier. Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours of dispatch.
If the link doesn't work, try copying the tracking number and entering it manually on the carrier's website. If you're still stuck, contact us — we'll look into it for you.
